Pitney Bowes MapInfo products are used throughout the strategic market selection process down to the neighborhood selection process at Sarofim. Custom boundary files are used to produce a standard view of neighborhood level demographics and employment and then overlayed with real estate product point files. This enables Sarofim to use consistent (top to bottom) data to evaluate markets and neighborhoods and to depict the opportunity that emerges from the spatial interaction of supply and demand factors
